AUBREY REICHARD-ELINE
Grace's Mom
Co-Founder, President
Aubrey Reichard-Eline is a dedicated nonprofit leader, childhood cancer advocate, and community builder with a deep commitment to creating meaningful change for families navigating pediatric cancer. After more than 20 years in fashion merchandising, branding, and marketing with global brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Swarovski, Aubrey felt a growing pull toward mission-driven work. That calling became personal in 2018 when her daughter Grace was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor.
Shortly after Grace finished treatment, Aubrey's husband was also diagnosed with cancer, further deepening her connection to the world of cancer and survivorship. As a mother of a neurodiverse son as well, Aubrey brings lived experience, empathy, and unwavering determination to everything she does. She is best known as “Grace’s Mom” and is the co-founder of WITH Grace Initiative, a family-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit inspired by Grace’s journey. WITH Grace exists to bring comfort, advocacy, and good vibes to children and families facing cancer through funding for research, direct support programs, and awareness efforts. She co-founded the organization with the belief that even in the darkest moments, small acts of kindness can bring light.
Leaving her corporate career behind, Aubrey transitioned fully into the nonprofit sector and quickly made a national impact. She helped launch a national childhood cancer advocacy training program that supported over $44 million in new state-level funding for pediatric cancer research. In New Jersey, she helped secure dedicated state funding for pediatric cancer research, and currently chairs the Pediatric Cancer Research Committee within the New Jersey Commission on Cancer Research (NJCCR).
Aubrey currently serves in development at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where she advances critical fundraising efforts to support cancer research and care. Her work bridges the personal and the professional, bringing authenticity, strategy, and empathy to every initiative.
She is a respected voice in the national childhood cancer community, serving on several key advisory groups, including: NCI Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI), Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2) Board of Directors, New Jersey Commission on Cancer Research Pediatric Advisory Group, Scientific Review Board (SRB) at Rutgers Cancer Institute, Patient Family Advisory Councils (PFAC) for both Rutgers and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Aubrey is passionate about public service, civic engagement, and empowering others, especially young people, to use their voice to impact change. She is a high-energy, goal-oriented leader who connects with people through her enthusiasm, compassion, and “can-do” attitude.
Embracing every challenge with positivity and purpose, she hopes that everything WITH Grace touches makes an impact getting closer to a cure and makes each day a little lighter for pediatric cancer warriors and their caregivers.
